Due to the increased population of realms on WoW WOTLK Gold Classic server, Season of Mastery will bring more herbalism and mining nodes added to the game's world in order to make up for the loss. Stones that meet outside of the dungeons will be transformed to summoning stones.
WoW Classic servers became ghost towns in the wake of the launch of Burning Crusade Classic, which made players choose between remaining in Azeroth or progressing to the game's initial expansion. The players could pay $15 to keep the character from each version of the game. The Season of Mastery should bring back the players who didn't like Burning Crusade but also want to experience something new.
Blizzard hasn't yet announced when exactly Season of Mastery will start however, new servers that incorporate the new features will be available as open beta on the game's public test realm beginning on October 5. The new WoW Classic servers will be available in the midst of Blizzard continues to work through the aftermath of multiple lawsuits and investigations that allege massive discrimination and harassment against women within Activision Blizzard.

A vast array of emotes that are a bit crude and devious are set to be revamped or eliminated completely out of World of Warcraft in the game's forthcoming Shadowlands update 9.1.5.
