As with many Diablo Immortal's zones it isn't possible to just walk up to the Haunted Carriage when the mood is arousing. The window to take part in the event is quite tiny.

The Haunted Carriage is spawned in Ashworld Manor every Tuesday and Saturday between 12 pm. 8:15 pm, and 10 at 10 (based on your server's local time). It is generally recommended that you arrive at the manor within a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ensure that you don't miss the opportunity to shoot however, that's more of a general suggestion rather than a mandatory obligation. However, as long as you're within the vicinity of the carriage, you'll be greeted by an on-screen message which informs you that the event will begin and asks you whether you'd like to take part.

When the Haunted Carriage is born it'll follow a planned route to reach its final destination. It is also possible to simply meet the Haunted Carriage as it is en direction to its destination (or simply stand in line at the last stop) however, you're more likely to follow the vehicle when it moves along, instead of only taking part in a tiny portion of the celebration.
