Is this positive or negative? It's hard to tell whether the price of running ore will decrease. While there are plenty of RuneScape Gold rune rocks that are available for free, I can't think of a lot of people who would be able to mine rune rock. If they're members, they have better rune spots to mine at than the one at the mining guild.
The rise in rune rock availability isn't enough to make it an issue (imo). Although the price would drop by a few ks but it's not as big as a stone.
The guild was very crowded prior to the upgrade of resource dungeons. A lot of coal and miths have made the guild a hit for those who wish to superheat ores while they mine, so this update may bring a few new players to the guild. I know, I write often about accounts. To be honest, I would like one account that is rich and have a high-level of combat. It is ideal to keep it that way.
I have one that is level 78 that is my member account, this was my first account, but he's poor (only has 2 mill). I set a goal for the account to attain 70 skills, but i'm not certain. But, I do feel like i have to keep up with the other accounts since i am bored with just one skill. (His abilities are listed in my signature).
My Second Account: I set targets to achieve 40 attack, 60 power, 70 range and even magic. This is currently the account I'm working on. My third account is all-around, however, it does have combat skills that are only 30-40 for Buy OSRS Fire Cape each account. However, this could be enhanced.
