How does FIFA 23 Ones to Watch work? Ones to Watch has been tweaked over the years because it wasn't really very good, and most of the cards were discarded pretty quickly. It's still not the greatest however, it's certainly much better than it used be.
The basic idea will be that the players who were transferred during the summer can be selected for Ones to Watch, meaning they are given a unique card style and are released through packs, Squad Building Challenges and/or Objectives. If they are able to secure an in-form (Team of the Week) card for their new club, their Ones to Watch is automatically upgraded to reflect their increased stats.
