Lilith did already have an impact on the people in the town, and her true strength lies in having people indulge in their dark side. This was the very first interaction my character was able to have with other NPCs and it was evident that the creators wanted to give hero more involvement in the plot by having their own dialogue as well as playing part as a cutscene.
In the city of Nevesk that Lilith's affect on the inhabitants of Sanctuary is revealed. There's far more to her that just being evil. This sets Lilith apart as a fascinating antagonist when compared with other Great Evils in previous Diablo titles. While her ultimate plan isn't evident at first buy Diablo 4 Gold, her presence is immediately felt and was done deliberately so by the team behind the development.
