- After the Rat King falls, head toward the central fountain in the courtyard. You’ll notice a previously sealed door now slightly ajar. Interact with the door to open the hidden path that leads to a bonus room.
Navigating the Bonus Room:
- The bonus room is filled with difficult challenges, including elite enemies, traps, and puzzles. You’ll need to navigate through a series of pressure plates and timed challenges to reach the final area. This room features high-level rewards, such as new weapon skins, unique perks, and even special audio logs that reveal more about the lore of the Citadelle des Morts.
Bonus Challenge – Defeat the Rat Horde:
- Inside the bonus room, you’ll be faced with one last test: a wave-based horde of rats and mutated creatures. These enemies are stronger and more aggressive than the regular rat minions, so make sure you’re well-equipped for this final battle. The reward for clearing this wave is a “Rat King’s Legacy” weapon blueprint, which is a powerful gun that can only be obtained through this bonus challenge.
