This Air Jordan 4 takes inspiration from varying neutral shades of makeup.The sneaker-sleuth has fine-tuned some details on the release, including the use of milky-translucent wings and eyestays, semi-translucent amber outsoles, and midsole sweeps in a soft peach-orange hue — all characteristics shared with the OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan 4 in which the pair is clearly based upon. This model is highlighted by buttery soft nubuck overlays and burnished leather meant to age and sheen naturally with time. The shoe also features transparent TPU wings and lace locks and is topped off by metallic, electroplated Jumpman branding on the tongue, reminiscent of the mirrors used in makeup palettes.Bright whites of the midsole are matched by midfoot/tongue netting, and liners, and the pair is completed by metallic silver Jumpmen at the tongues.

Shoes numbered “01/50” and “50/50” forgo the white and light grey that take over much of the “Dear Summer” collection in favor of respective, rather tonal white and black outfits.Each Nike Dunk Low will come dressed in a Sail/Neutral Grey color scheme, while the difference between each pair will be the color of the hiking laces, insoles, tab on the Swoosh, and number plate reading “XX of 50.”Profile swooshes also indulge in a shimmering metallic silver that delivers a louder statement than the accompanying lots.
