the start of tonight’s contest between the Colorado Rockies and Milwaukee Brewers that Chase Anderson would be scratched with a finger laceration. Apparently he snuck into the clubhouse at some point today without anyone from the media noticing that he was there. One wonders why Burnes didn’t just start the game in the first place.Burnes began the year in the rotation but was demoted after posting a 10.70 ERA and 11 home runs allowed through four starts and 17.2 innings.
