Brand New Gundam x Nike SB Dunk High "Banshee" will be released on November 10th

For Air Max 270, It appears that Nike SB will be delivering yet another internet-breaking collaboration in 2021, this time linking with Japan’s mega mech-robot franchise Gundam for two epic editions of the Nike Dunk High.Launching as part of a larger collaborative series celebrating the Tokyo 2021 Summer Olympics, the Gundam x Nike Dunk High SB ‘Project Unicorn Banshee Norn’ takes inspiration from the long-running sci-fi franchise that kicked off with the 1979 anime TV series, ‘Mobile Suit Gundam.’
This Gundam x Nike SB Dunk High references the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee and features a black leather upper with navy leather overlays outlined in copper trim.The 02 Banshee makes use of a metallic black and blue-grey base, complete with detailing done in a blaze of orange. Throughout the sneaker’s upper you’ll find various details referencing the 02 Banshee suit, including mecha-like details at the toebox and collar to give the sneaker a space-age aesthetic.Angular lines on the toe box and collar, along with redesigned and interchangeable Swooshes, replicate the look of the Gundam suit. A standard Nike SB tag is affixed to the black mesh tongue, while a dark pink unicorn emblem decorates the lateral heel.
This Nike Kobe 6 Protro Black Purple features a Black snakeskin textured upper with Black laces, Swooshes, tongue branding, heels, and rubber outsole. The snakeskin print is also used on the inner lining.And as part of the Laker’s colors, the metallic finish arrives complemented by purple hits along the lining, sole, and the tongue’s co-branded emblems. A subtle snakeskin finish etches right atop the upper as well, while the side Swoosh alternates between full purples along the medial and a red-led gradient opposite. What’s more, in appreciation for Kobe’s illustrious career, the latter dresses with “24 10 8” and the insole spells out a number of achievements.
