To end, save your Dragon scimitars, do not purchase any new melee-based weapons. They're sufficient for all things that are vulnerable to RS Gold melee. Also, keep to dual wielding range and magical. I'm assuming that you don't own anti-fire potion, so avoid dual wielding. Also, dual wielding allows the use of a shield and the Rejuvination/Resonance abilities.
Likewise with the elemental spells. Personally, I've got an abundance of runes from the elemental realm stored away, so I usually just go with one of the monster's weaknesses. It's your choice, however as you'll have enough success using air spells.
If you're playing in EoC and you're playing in EoC, then you shouldn't require protection prayers all that much. The healing abilitiesof Rejuvenate, Guthix's Blessing Ice Asylum as well as Regenerate when combined with some inexpensive food should be sufficient. Do not spend money on these if you don't plan on using Soul Split, Turmoil, or Zealot boosted normal prayers.
Wow, I didn't know that Dragonrider was crashing so hard. The crossbow is still a good weapon however, I'm not able to think of a suitable ranged 60 crossbow, with the exception of the dragon crossbow which is 12 meters. I'm in agreement with the earlier post (I cannot call him Rene.) In that it's just not worth spending more money on melee weapons that you already own.
Exploiting a monster's weaknesses is a +15% accuracy boost, so it's helpful however it's not great when it comes to weak enemies. A God Staff is going to osrs accounts for sale be the cheapest choice for 60 magic and is very effective too. There's some grifolic gear which is inexpensive to pair along with it.
