Death is supposed to be overcome, not an a wall that is insurmountable that blocks one from moving on. In many ways the Soulsborne series is full of Elden Ring Items campy tone, and this is especially apparent when the deaths are just downright hilarious.
Being teabagged to Death.Getting teabagged is an old indication of disrespect in video games. When games had spectator modes or kill cameras, it was routine to sit down and kneel to the top of a dead enemy's body as a symbol for disrespect. It's silly, sure but it does hurt which is the most important aspect. As an Elden Ring enemy glitched out in the game, the_goon12 probably thought they were in luck and jumped in for an unintentional kill. The Goon12 had no idea of the might be in store for them.
Finding Your Own Back.Elden Ring is brimming with numerous horrifying monstrosities. A lot of them can kill people in horribly cruel as well as gruesome ways. This is what makes the ability to get back on them fun.Stance breaking a tough enemy is fun enough on its on its own, but doing it using one of its own arms? Chefs Kiss. This is real poetic justice for everyone who's been bitten - literally - by these kinds of things.
It's Into the Pit To The Pit You.Sometimes you're thrown so much that you simply have to take a seat and laugh. Getting impaled on a giant lance while trying to cheap Elden Ring Runes escape from a devious Knight can be enough to cause a lot of pain to be infected by Scarlet Rot. The cherry on the cake is that WaltersWoefulWaffles also got thrown into the elevator pit, like the Knight was disgusted by the festering corpse that was sunk to the bottom on its pike. There's no turning back from this. Time to turn the game off for a minute and take a moment to think about it for a second.
