The villain they're seeking is Pindleskin who's waiting for them near the entrance. Pindleskin's drop rate has been slashed but he's still able to drop some high-value treasure Diablo 2 Resurrected buy items. Just take note that anyone who has a lower life (less less than 1000) could be killed by Pindleskin with just a few hits.
