I'll be there for OSRS Gold the new adventures, particularly ones that feature penguins. Reworking the construction skill and, should I require some time off, I can always go to Old School RuneScape.
It's possible to play a game for 1,000 hours, but this doesn't mean you'll enjoy the game. We've all seen the picture of a player giving the most negative Steam review with over 5000 hours of gameplay. Let's face facts, that's just not an absurd idea any longer.
I've sunk hundreds of hours in Fallout 4, and I could have played five of them. The remainder was just a promise of fun, and that bloody 'kill, loot, return' game loop that tricked my brain into thinking that it was having fun. And I've seen what you've all said about Skyrim and how you've returned to it over and over. This is pathetic for all of us.
However, what about Old School RuneScape? I don't know. It's not difficult to recognize some of these games: they consume your life, and then you moan about it on the internet. But RuneScape is something completely different. If I'm not playing, I'm not sure if I have an opinion about the game. I simply hear the music in my mind, and feel a gravitational pull bringing me back to the music. Discovering it was on mobile was a mistake. My family hasn't spoken to me in weeks.
RuneScape was among the trailblazers: a game solely focused on engagement, which doesn't necessarily need to be in conjunction with pleasure. However, that doesn't mean that both are incompatible the fact is that there are options to play when you're not having amusement.
RuneScape is also one of the most efficient in its field. I've been watching the fan documentary RuneScape Historical Timeline 1998 until 2020, about the growth of the game (it has really influenced all aspects of my life) and the designers were shocked to osrs gp find players hitting their maximum stats in months, rather than years.
